Our calendars are delivered each December via USPS using a targeted mailing list. We do not use EDDM.

We mail once each year.

We have a variety of options depending on your individual needs. Some businesses such as HVAC, Plumbers, Garage Door service, and Urgent Care choose to appear on all 12 months to capture that impulse need. Restaurants, personal services, and entertainment generally take 6 months and alternate. It’s totally up to you.

You are welcome to design and supply your own artwork if you’re like. However, we will design your artwork at no charge. 

To ensure our advertising sponsors get the best return on investment, we limit most of our business categories to just one business type per calendar month. Restaurants and entertainment venues do not receive exclusive as these categories are in demand by our users.

We stop taking orders for the following year’s calendar October 30th each year. However, we are a limited space publication and space fills up throughout the year. Also, we are category exclusive which limits the number of types of business that can appear in each edition. 

If you are interested in promoting your business in your community calendar we suggest you act quickly. We make the entire process both easy AND affordable. Why wait?

The most common question we’re asked, of course! 🙂  The short answer is, “it depends…” based on the program we build together. However the average small business spends between $150 and $220 per month per edition, roughly $0.24 cents per home for the entire year!  That’s less than the cost of a first class stamp, about half the cost of a one-time use post card, and about 85% less than the cost of a coupon book.
